FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION.

Free shipping only applies to shipping in the lower 48 contiguous US.  Shipping will be Fedex Ground, or LTL (truck freight) curbside delivery only.  No special freight services will be available in the free shipping promotion

 

HOW AND WHEN YOU’LL GET YOUR PURCHASE.

 

Items shipped through UPS standard ground are usually shipped in 2-3 business days and delivered within 10 business days of the original order. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery dates for ground shipping. Large items shipped via LTL curbside delivery are shipped within 10 business days and can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. For LTL deliveries, you will be contacted by phone to arrange for a delivery, where your item will be unloaded from the truck to the first secure area, generally a garage, covered porch or lobby. For White Glove delivery, where your item will be carried into your house and assembled, please place your order via phone, by calling 801.519.6900 and ask the associate to select White Glove as your delivery option. A shipping company will then contact you to schedule delivery and assembly of your items.

 

WANT TO PICK UP YOUR ONLINE ORDER AT OUR WAREHOUSE?

 

We offer free local pickup. Just select 'Customer Pick-up' when shipping out to avoid those pesky shipping fees. We’ll hold your order for 10 days, then give you a call at which point you may cancel without a restocking fee. If you are outside of Utah and would like to arrange for a local pickup, please call us at 801.519.6900.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

 

NOT QUITE SURE YOU LIKE IT?

All returns must be initiated within 15 days of pick-up or delivery. If the return is for buyer’s remorse (ex: you didn’t like the color, it doesn’t fit in your room or just plain changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping. A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund as well. We’re unable to refund original shipping costs for buyer’s remorse returns. Large items shipped via LTL must be inspected for damage before signing and refused at delivery if damaged by the carrier. Claims cannot be made with LTL carriers if the customer signs for delivery.
