Shipping Policy

Items shipped through UPS standard ground shipping are usually shipped in 3-5 business days and delivered within 10 business days of the original order. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery dates for ground shipping items.

Items shipped via truck freight are shipped within 10 business days and can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. You will be contacted by phone to arrange for a delivery. The item will be left curb side on a pallet. 

We also offer free local pickup, so if you live in the Salt Lake City area, just use coupon code "PICKUP" to avoid those pesky shipping fees. We'll hold your order for 10 days, then give you a call at which point you may cancel without a restocking fee. The code will work for shipping addresses in Utah only. If you are outside of Utah and would like to arrange for a local pickup, please give us a call.
