All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. No Exceptions.
If the return is for buyer's remorse (ex: Not the right color, Not the right size, Changed my Mind) Customer pays return shipping + restocking fee of 15% which is deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable for buyer's remorse returns.
For defective or damaged in transit returns, customer must send pictures as proof of defect or damage for replacement item. No refunds for defective or damaged items are given if a replacement item is available. Determination of defects is at our discretion.
One of a kind items or items that are shipped via Truck Freight may not be returned. These items must be carefully inspected before acceptance and noted on the delivery receipt if any damage is suspected. No claims can be made for damages if this notation is not made at the time of delivery. We may offer a maximum of up to 50% of the cost of the item for repairs to be made at our discretion.
